Terms and conditions

1. IF it need a land haulage of heavy machinery then minimum 50% of total payment or 100% of land haulage cost will be required at booking before pickup. 

2. Total remaining balance payment will be required after sailing of vessel. 

3. All quotes are based port to port basis if otherwise stated. 

4. All destination charges are to be paid extra at port of arrival. 

5. Quote is valid for weight and measurement given in listing. 

6. Payment is accepted in bank only by international wire transfer. 

7. We do not accept cash or cheque or credit card. 

8. Given quote does not include anything except the cost of all basic necessary requirements for an international shipping limited to ocean freight and export customs clearance. 

9. Marine insurance or any special certificate like certificate of origin are available at extra cost. 

10. Given quote does not include washing / cleaning / mechanical cost involved in international shipping. 

11. When we say all inclusive price it means it includes ocean freight plus export customs papers only and nothing more than that if anything other service is not expressly stated in the quotation. 

12. Shipper is responsible to load and secure the cargo on truck or in container. Loading / lashing / securing cargo has extra cost available at request. 

13. RORO quote is valid for self propelled machinery in sound running condition or if it is not a self propelled machinery then it should be towable by truck tractor. 

14. Machinery should be well washed, neat and clean without any dirt , dust or leakage. 

15. price is subject to change by carrier without prior notice. 

16. Rate is subject to space and equipment availability. 

17. We will need 100% advance payment before pick up If the delivery time or transit time is less than 15 days.
